Paul has been teaching tai chi for over a dozen years. He has been certified as a Tai Chi Instructor, and has taught Sun 21, Sun 41, and Tai Ji Quan/Movement for Better Balance. (TJQ/MBB).
Paul has certified as a Group Fitness Instructor with the YMCA, and is a Silver Sneakers instructor.
He is learning Fan Tai Chi, Lightsaber Tai Chi, and Cane Tai Chi.
